Premium quality, clear thin-spread adhesive for vinyl composition and asphalt tiles. Brush, roll, or trowel on this white latex formula. May be used over concrete or plywood of underlayment quality. Quickly dries to a clear film, for fast floor tile installations, yet has a long open time for large commercial installations. Spreads easily with excellent grab. Holds tiles firmly in place even under repeated cleaning and mopping. Coverage: Brush application: 300 sq. ft. per gallon, Roller application: 250 sq. ft. per gallon, Trowel application: 200 sq. ft. per gallon. 4 gallon pail.
